Terms of Use

Consumer Partner LLC · Secure Account Setup (secureaccountsetup.com) · Last updated October 6, 2026

1. The service

Secure Account Setup is operated by Consumer Partner LLC. It provides a private, one-time web page on which a consumer who is enrolling in a financial program, at the request of that program's enrollment specialist, can designate the account from which their program payments will be made. Consumer Partner LLC is not a bank, lender, payment processor or program provider, does not hold or move funds, and does not decide the terms of any program. Your program is governed by your agreement with the program provider.

2. Who may use it

A setup page may be used only by the person it was sent to, who must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the account they designate. Do not forward your link. If you received a link you were not expecting, do not use it; contact us or the enrollment specialist named in the message.

3. Accuracy

You are responsible for entering accurate account details. The page checks the routing number against the public bank directory and asks you to enter the account number twice, but it cannot confirm that the account is yours or has funds. Errors may delay your enrollment.

4. Links expire

Each link is unique, works once and expires seven days after it is sent. Expired or used links show a message asking you to request a new one from your enrollment specialist.

5. Text messages

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive one account-setup text message containing your link. Message and data rates may apply; frequency is one message per enrollment; consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another person's setup page, interfere with the service, or use it for any purpose other than completing your own enrollment.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consumer Partner LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and its total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
